Wilhelm Mandeville is the owner and designer of Wilhelm Watches based out of Bellevue, Washington. Wilhelm Watches (Mandeville Editon) was built on a representation of his great innovative Mandeville heritage including Gilbert Mandeville who was a structural engineer savant in New York & Seattle from the 1950's-1990's.
